| We have two types of Gift Certificates... Mailed and Online. This is a MAILED Gift Certificate. |

| This is a MAILED $25 Gift Certificate and will be mailed to you or the recipient.
IMPORTANT: The 10% Preferred Customer discount is not applied when purchasing a Gift Certificate. The recipient will receive the 10% Preferred Customer Discount when they REDEEM the Gift Certificate.
If you want it mailed directly to the recipient, just enter the recipients mailing address in the "Ship To" section when you check out. You must provide us with the recipients mailing address so we can mail the Gift Certificate to them.
If you want a note included with the MAILED Gift Certificate, Please enter any message you would like included, in the Gift Message box when you check out.
If you want an ONLINE Gift Certificate, go back one page and select ONLINE Gift Certificate.
