Just send back the item(s) you want to exchange, or return for a refund along with a copy of your receipt, within 30 days of purchase. Put them in their purple box, if you still have it, and in a bubble envelope or cardboard box for protection and mail them INSURED, with a note requesting what you would like us to exchange them for or that you would like a refund to:
