You can place orders any time time on our website. Our PIER 39 store is open every day. Our office and store at 38 Bryant St. is open Dec. 27th through 29th and will be shipping orders. Dec. 30th through Jan 2nd we will be closed. We re-open on January 3rd.

International orders over $350 will be shipped insured the best way combining speed and pricing. We will email you the cost. It is usually between $25 and $95

USPS Express Mail or FEDEX or UPS email us for pricing.

Please note that your country's Customs Bureau may charge you duty and taxes.

We want to be able to get you your order in time. Here is information that will help you determine if you will receive it in time.

We will be shipping twice per week, Tuesday and Friday. Your order will generally be shipped on the next Tuesday or Friday after we receive it. Business days for Harry Mason shipping are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The only EXCEPTION will be if an item is not in stock. If that happens, you will receive an e-mail with notification of the delay and an estimated shipping date.

Examples: If you place your order on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday your order will generally be shipped on Tuesday.

If you place your order on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, it will generally be shipped on Friday.

Please keep in mind, we are not guaranteeing that your order will be shipped on those days, but generally they are. We will do our best to get it to you in time. The details are so you can determine which shipping method is best for you.
