My Inspiration: My nephew Matthew and niece Torreyana Mother Nature in all her forms My family - my sister Stephanie, her husband Bruce, my brothers (the 'baby-bonker baggin' brothers) Steve & Mike & my Mom!

Greatest career success: Working for Harry Mason Designer Jewelry for over 21 YEARS! It is really special and delightful to love my work. It's not that it has been a perfect and blissful 21 years, but it has been satisfying and challenging. I have the room to make mistakes (and of course, clean them up!), put my '2 cents' in and know that my 2 cents is as important and respected as the next person's 2 cents and I have the satisfaction of knowing I make a difference with the results I produce and the people I interact with. Harry Mason Designer Jewelry is as much my company as it is Harry's, and it is only because I say so.

My favorite pair of Harry Mason Earspirals: I have TWO! SP/KT which is named after me! and the SP/WV. And the piece of Harry Mason jewelry that REALLY is my favorite is the Dream Bracelet. It was one of the first pieces Harry gave me when I started working for him and I've worn it almost everyday since.

How I make a difference in the world: I make a difference in the world out of my participation with Landmark Education Corporation. Landmark designs, develops and delivers personal transformation programs that allow individuals to discover for themselves who they are in the world, what they are up to and how they can be as powerful, effective and fully self-expressed in their life as possible. Currently I manage, as a volunteer, the Assisting Program (the volunteer program) at Landmark Education worldwide. There are over 11,000 people participating in the program around the world. In this accountability I've been trained as a leader, manager and coach. It's an honor and privilege to participate at this level and to make the difference that I am capable of making.

Kathy, we can't say this enough... thank you for being who you are... someone whom people can count on, completely... someone who is a stand for people growing and for transformation on the planet... for getting off it and getting on with it and doing it all with a sense of humor and your wonderful smile. It's been a fabulous 21 years.
