So even if you aren't as busy as we are, wouldn't you like to do more to get in shape in less time? You probably don't think you can stay fit without an hour long workout that includes aerobics, cardio and strength training.
Well... We found something that makes working out FUN, easy and only takes 10 minutes a day!

PPS See my vedeo below. Here is the story behind it... My wife, Kathryn, had a Rebounder which she bounced up and down on a little bit and then it bacame part of the furniture, just gathering dust. I used it once or twice.
I saw David Hall do a demo in person. The first thing I and everyone in the room noticed was how fit, energetic and alive he was. I guessed he was at most 35 and he looked like a surfer, muscular, but lean.
He launched into his presentation about our body's lymph system and exercise and why what he was going to show us would help us get healthier, more fit, more energetic and in less time.
He brought out a Roller Bag (like you would bring on an airplane) and opened it up to a full size rebounder. He calls it a Cellerciser.
He did a series of demonstrations of various exercises, some of which are in my video, that target different parts of the body and explained why they work so well. He then had six different people come up on stage and did a demonstration of how a few minutes of Cellercising can improve anyone's strength and balance. It was pretty amazing!
And he showed us photos of himself from 10 years previously. He looks better and younger, now! And we found out that although we would have guessed that he was 35 years old, he is actually 50!
I was sold. I purchased the travel version that folds in 1/4 and comes with a roller bag. He also sells the portable version that just folds in 1/2, that costs less. I like the travel version since I travel a lot.
My wife Kathryn and I now use it every day for 10 minutes. We love it. We get energised and feel better after "Cellercising". It's even good to do a gentle bounce before going to bed. It's kind of relaxing like rocking a baby to sleep.
The difference that I notice between the Rebounder my wife had purchased previously and the Cellerciser is that the Cellerciser feels "softer" It is not jarring when you jump. It feels easier on my knees and hips.
You can buy rebounders for less, but the Cellerciser feels easier on your joints and back and if you travel at all for business, like Kathryn and I do when we travel to the Harvest Festivals in the Fall or on vacation, the rollerbag version is really awesome!
