Both metals are hypoallergenic. Both color with electricity. Niobium is a precious metal, like gold or silver and can be formed with hand tools used by jewelers. Titanium is an industrial metal and can usually be formed by machine tools. But don't worry, the only "charge" you'll get out of wearing it will be from the comments it attracts.
