This is an amazing program! It allows you to record telephone calls in high quality.

Now, why would you want to do that?

Let's say you are a Coach or a Trainer or you are being coached or trained. You then will have a recording of the call.

If you are a Coach or Trainer, your client can then refer to the recording as a followup for them to succeed more quickly and you can use that recording to put together a series of trainings for the future.

If you were the one being trained or coached, you then have audio notes to refer to at any time!
