We got back in town on Monday Dec.17. Kathryn and I both were recovering from walking Pneumonia, it was pretty intense. Almost two weeks later, we still had coughing spells, though they have finally gone away.

We first experienced it at a magical evening at Date With Destiny, a Tony Robbins seminar... sounds of the heart and spirit... it was a blessing.

The Blessing comes from India, is emotionally uplifting and for some people creates an experience of Oneness with God and the Universe, what ever that may be for you. It is not religious in the sense of one type of religion, but it is extremely Spiritual.

Take a moment for your Spirit, turn down the lights and expect to be uplifted.

You don't know what you are capable of until someone cares enough to bring out the best in you.
