January 4...
I wanted to let you know what my Husband did for me for Christmas. He had asked me what I wanted so I let him know that I had a pair of Harry Mason earrings that I had accidently stepped on and flattened three years ago (they were my absolute favorites) and I never got around to replacing them.
Well Instead of going on the website and getting them he found a store in San Francisco, booked flights for us and got us a 1904 hotel ( The Westin St Francis in Union Square, I love historic buildings) and gave me the confirmation numbers in a card for Christmas.
The Best Gift and Husband Ever, anyway we will be seeing your store the weekend of Jan 14 - 16 to pick out a new pair of earrings. See you then.
January 16...
Dear Harry Mason
We just got back from our trip to San Fransisco, on Saturday we headed to Pier 39 specifically to buy the earrings that I had stepped on three years ago. (A surprise trip from my Husband for Christmas) Roxanne was at the door encouraging people to come in and check out the store. She was so excited when she found out it was me, apparently you had told her I was coming. We got the royal treatment and due to Roxanne's skill I walked away with not just the pair I came to replace but three others, a necklace and four earcuffs. What more could a woman ask for, the best Husband, the best trip, the best Jewelry and the best experience. It was the best day so far this year.
Thank you
Your friends Karen and Lloyd Sentinella.
P.S. My Husbands nickname for me is Bunnies and guess what I found in your specials. My Husband said if he had known they were available (in silver no less) he would have got me those too. Hope to see you the next time you come to San Diego.
Aloha Karen and Lloyd,
Thank you! I am glad you had an enjoyable trip to SF and to our store.
Lloyd, you have raised the bar for all us men. GOOD JOB! I want to plan a surprise for my beautiful wife, Kathryn, like the one you planned for your beautiful wife, Karen. And Karen, I have a surprise for you. (When they returned home, Karen saw our 3-D Bunnies earrings on our web site. So... to step up to the challenge, I sent her a pair of them.) ---Harry
