Sleep-in, watch television, go for a walk, sure that's fine for lots of people. For me I enjoy being creative.

One of my creations is this storybook house built from balsa wood. The windows were recycled from an easter egg package with the stained glass effect made from the fine slivers of plastic that were found on the edge of those purple containers that the earrings go in.

"Nestled between a myriad of finely detailed Italianette houses in San Francisco, lies a gem of a beauty, a Queen Anne Victorian in all it's splendor and beauty. The top photo is the house that I built for my art exhibit in the Castro District for the month of June. It's fine attention to detail helps show off the amazing creativity of these turn of the 19th century structures.

February 26, 2011, marks David's 7th Year Clean and Sober. A real accomplishment! Congratulations to David! And 6 of those years he has been at our PIER 39 store. David is our Assistant Store Manager.
