It was dark, cold, and getting late. I was only going to be in San Francisco with my husband for one night and if nothing else, I was going to make it to your store on Pier 39! With my husband none the wiser, and our English Bulldog, Matilda, in tow, we managed to park our car and make it to the PIER 39 with just minutes to spare. Fearing I might be too late, I left husband and pup looking bewildered as I ran upstairs to locate your store and see if you were still open. (Read on)

This lovely lady welcomed me in as if she had hours to spare. I was so caught up in the warm welcome and relief that the store was still open. It took me several minutes before I remembered my husband and Matilda. I told this lady that my husband was downstairs with our puppy and that I would have to go tend the pup while he came up and looked at the styles I might like. She exclaimed, "OH, but you can bring the pup in with you." I was so pleased with her offer that I immediately took off to summons my husband and our "fur baby".

I realized when we got back, that everyone in the store was waiting to see a baby bulldog and was very surprised when I came skipping back in with our 50 pound, 3 year old, puppy. The sales people were very friendly, made the shopping experience a pleasure, and our Matilda was treated so sweetly. I smile every time I put on the spirals that my husband bought for me that night at your store on Pier 39, San Francisco.

Thanks to you and to all the people working that night. It made my trip to San Francisco so memorable, and I love my ear rings.
