Successful women!

Profile of Success : : : Diane Jarmolow

Occupation:

Ballroom Dancer... Entrepreneur, owner of the Metronome Ballroom in San Francisco

Artists Statement: I believe that the purpose of dancing is to love doing it; and my purpose in my business is to empower people in making their dreams come true.

Greatest career success: Founding and creating the Metronome Ballroom

My Inspiration: Seeing people go from a beginner dancer to a beautiful experienced dancer... watching people grow. What inspires me, is that anything is possible, if you believe it.

My favorite pair of Harry Mason Earspirals: I have three favorites, one with a "Diamond", one with Black Onyx and one with Blue Paua Shell (53CZO, 53BXO and 53BPO) and I have nine other pairs!

How I make a difference in the world: By listening and not judging and by empowering the good in people, because I believe that when I empower the good, the good grows stronger.

My greatest personal achievement: My dog Joey winning best of show against some very formidable competition, at the Castro Street Dog Show in 1983. She was dressed as Cleopatra and carried in a sedan chair by my great friends who were dressed as Egyptian slaves in gold lame loin cloths.
