You can place orders any time time on our website. Our PIER 39 store is open every day. Our office and store at 38 Bryant St. is open Dec. 27th, 28th and 29th and will be shipping orders. It is closed Dec. 30th through January 2nd and re-opens on January 3rd.

Orders up to $249.99, shipped to locations in the U.S.A. are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

USPS Priority Mail $7.95 Takes 3 to 5 business days including Saturdays. You can track it on the web at www.usps.com; we email you the tracking number when it ships

Orders of $250.00 and over, shipped to locations in the U.S.A. are shipped by UPS (United Parcel Service), signature required. Note: Delivery by UPS requires a street address, no P.O. Boxes

UPS Ground $7.95 takes 2 to 10 business days depending on your location no Saturday or Sunday delivery

UPS 3 Day Select $10.95 takes 3 business days, no Saturday or Sunday delivery

UPS 2nd Day Air $19.95 takes 2 business days, no Saturday or Sunday delivery

UPS Next Day Air $39.95 1 business day, no Saturday or Sunday delivery
If you order before 12 Noon Pacific time and select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. We will ship your order the same day we receive it.
If you order after 12 Noon Pacific time, and select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. We will ship your order the next business day.
Business days for Harry Mason shipping are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The only EXCEPTION will be if an item is not in stock. If that happens, you will receive an e-mail with notification of the delay and an estimated shipping date.

Note: Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be by US Priority Mail for $7.95. Shipping via UPS Ground to Alaska or Hawaii is not available. UPS 2nd Day Air will be about $35 to Alaska or Hawaii.

We want to be able to get you your order in time. Here is information that will help you determine if you will receive it in time.

We will be shipping twice per week, Tuesday and Friday. Your order will generally be shipped on the next Tuesday or Friday after we receive it. Business days for Harry Mason shipping are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The only EXCEPTION will be if an item is not in stock. If that happens, you will receive an e-mail with notification of the delay and an estimated shipping date.

Examples: If you place your order on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday your order will generally be shipped on Tuesday.

If you place your order on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, it will generally be shipped on Friday.

Please keep in mind, we are not guaranteeing that your order will be shipped on those days, but generally they are. We will do our best to get it to you in time. The details are so you can determine which shipping method is best for you.
